Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure
* The most efficient high blood pressure remedy can be to chew a clove of garlic on an empty stomach. Get a cup of water to take it down.
* Consume 1 tablespoon each of healthy amla juice and honey each morning. It is an efficient home remedy to lower the tension.
* Put a tsp of cayenne pepper in half a cup of tepid to warm water. Drink this mix anytime there is a rise in the blood pressure level.
* Ingest same amounts of watermelon seeds and khas khas. Grind them to form a dusty substance. Have 1 tsp of the powdery mixture on an empty stomach each morning and at the end of your day. It helps in regulating the high blood pressure.

* Take a walk barefoot on green grass for approximately 15 to 20 minutes each day. This gets better blood circulation and keeps the blood pressure at normal level.
* Ingest even proportions of onion juice and honey. Ingest 2 tsp of this mixture twice every day. This is an effective natural solution to cure hypertension.
* Prepare a dusty blend by adding up equal amounts of fennel seeds, cumin seeds and sugar. Combine a tsp of this powdered mix in a cup of plain water and consume it. In drinking this twice a day is expected to solve the pressure complication.
* Put very hot compress on the heart. It is also useful in treating hypertension.
* Consuming grilled potatoes is another good way to treat hypertension.
* Make a beverage using 25 to 30 curry leaves in a glass of plain water. Strain this drink and drink it each morning. Lime juice may also be included into the drink.
